Hi Griz,
There are no blacklisted IP addresses at the moment (we have never needed to add any).
If it's at you end it could be a virus infection or similiar...?
I would recommend downloading MalwareBytes or similar and having a quick check.
Let me know how you get on and I will look further into it if needed.
