hello salty, i remember you talking about the basic principle of evaporation and how using a pan of water and towel can make a simple cooling system for beer, etc whilst camping. can you remind me please as i,m thinking of trying one in france.

thanks . ps, is it the pan is sheltered and the damp towel exposed to the sun (fingers crossed)or summit
