Been on the later shifts lately so morning routine normally walk (one of)my daughters to school, straight out the back gate and onto the heath/woods and 15 min stroll to class. Then home and do a few miles with this little one, lucky enough to have miles of tracks/heathland/wood etc straight from my back gate...don't think I'll bring her to Rhayader though as she's a naughty little bugger.
