Innova exhaust?

Ended up buying an injection innova.

Had it delivered as it was too far for me. Set off up the road and the exhaust started to get louder.
After having a good luck at it there's no nasty bits that it's blowing through, but the blowing exhaust sound it coming from what looks to be the condensation hole at the thin inside end of the silencer.

Put your finger over it and it sounds like my previous exhaust did, strange as the silencer looks like new.

Anybody come across this?
