Assembling old c90

I'm after fitting front forks and shocks and handlebars to a c90.They are not new but looked good,also a second hand wheel.The trouble is they are out of line ,when handlebars are straight forks and wheel are turned slightly sideways and vica versa.Can't figure out what's wrong,any ideas
