Yes unfortunately. The pattern parts you get off Ebay and the like, have dubious quality issues. I bought some genuine Honda ones (expensive) but much better quality. I didn't buy the full kit just the bushes as the parts are available separately. Personally I think changing the bushes is the worst possible job on a Cub, worse than a seized centre stand
