Yes, you would think if parts are missing from a bike it would be cheaper, What really puzzles me though, is when they take the rear mudguard off presumably to make the tail end look "sexy" and then stick a full size (legal) number plate at the side of the rear wheel, which destroys any curves, looks odd and defeats the whole object of the customisation.
