1976 C70 Clutch Adjustment

Hi
The clutch needs ajusting on the little C70 cos as I kick it over its slipping and not turning over the engine all the time.
As I do not have a handbook can anyone tell me how to adjust this I assume with the slotted screw and locknut on the outside of the engine casing?? Thanks Ian
