Start with the easy things first like the spark plug cap, make sure its a firm fit on the HT lead that it screws on to.
Check your wiring particularly the bullet connectors, the ones that come from your engine's generator to the loom.
Check your ignition switch, disconnect it and then try to kick it over.

The the CDI units can fail and cause no spark, cheap enough to replace
