Hello All.
Can anyone recommend a good bike insurer? I am currently with ebike which have been very good in the past. But alas something has changed and they no longer provide an on-line service or include breakdown cover. Yet despite this they have chosen to increase my premium by 24% despite never having made a claim and having a clean licence. I have spoken to them on the phone but they are unwilling to do anything to retain my loyalty, so it's time to move on.
Ideally I am looking for a policy similar to that which ebike used to provide me with:
Modified bikes
Multi bike (4-off)
Multi Rider (my wife and I)
On-line policy changes with no charges.
Breakdown cover included
