The cut down legshields, completely incidental, no purpose behind them, quite simply it was an old legshield that was broken and I didn't want to throw it out so I cut it down. Thought it would be useful for off roading and easy to access the carb etc (it was bloody cold on my legs going down the motorway.)

Some have said (on other site) that this may have made the 12v run hotter but they are clutching at straws me thinks. If the cutdown legshield had been on the blue 6v c90 then I'm sure the same people would be saying the engine had better ventilation and thats why it ran cooler, so I can't win can I?

Went out on a charity run today on the 6v and there were some beautiful high performance bikes lined up but guess which bike was getting alot of the interest??
