Hello,
ive got a couple of racks that both came off 1970's bikes. They need a clean up though. Fixings? It all depends on the type of seat bracket but typically onto the suspension mount and also you may have two holes in the rear mudguard behind the seat mount near the indicators but again, it depends on the model.
