It's easy to see I am new to this game!! 
I couldnt buy the item straight away because the seller doesn't do international shipping so had to contact him.At least it gives me a bit of time to look into getting 2nd hand panels with badges.most of the ones I saw for sale have broken enamel either the blue or white bit.If it was just the chrome or the pins at the back I could sort that myself but I don't know anything bout enamel!.
