Knocked the bearings out of the new and original rear wheels. Distance between fitted bearings is 54.6mm. Length of new internal spacer 52.9mm. So tightening the wheel spindle is trying to push the bearing centres over by 0.8mm either side. Length of original spacer from original wheel is 55.0mm. Perfect. Have ordered some new quality bearings and hopefully thats problem solved. Bearings on both wheels were easy to knock out.
