Blimey, so much to take in.
Bogger, the owner says I thought I would give you first shout, I was going to put it on eBay, and they seem to go for a small fortune, £ 600 - £ 700. No I says that will be the 12v ones, how much do you want for it. Well I got it off some old boy, he can’t find the log book, but I’ve got it going cleaned the carb out, new battery, new tyres. You can have it for what it owes me ~ £ 300.
Okay says I. He can even deliver it, great I say, straight down the lock up and her indoors doesn’t have to know.
Dave, I haven’t seen it yet, think it’s a reduce one, so it’s no good me telling her indoors it’s the same one. Thanks for the tips; let’s hope it’s the faster one. Hope to keep it standard and use the 12v as the grand tourer, maybe drop in a 110 Lifan.
Probably have a look at it this week before I go to MotoGP at Silverstone on Friday. Will try and load up a photo or two. The guys clearing out his garage to make space for another trike, says he’s got 15 bikes in all, watch this space. Might have to make more room down my own lock up.
