Hoik it out with a small screwdriver and with plenty of grease insert the new seal. Make sure it goes in straight and the splines don't cut into the sealing lip. Tap it home with, if you have one, a suitably sized double deep socket that makes contact on the outer edge of the seal to avoid 'bowing' it in, in the centre.
