A rare item these days Peter.
You could try a mini bolt in push switch from Maplins or similar in the interim as I fear you may have a long search on your hands.
I've avoided saying to pull the switch apart and fix/replace the spring as every time I have taken one apart it's never gone back together again. If you had the hands/skills of a watchmaker or surgeon you may have better luck. It's possible because Ironsides managed to use a horn button innards to make a starter button on his right hand switchgear.
