Hi All,

OK, here's how it's gone down...

Looks like out hosting provider cancelled the account on Friday. I suspect due to repeated attempted SQL injection hacks being pushed at the server. Fortunately we are not vulnerable to that kind of attack, but the host wont tolerate it.

Anyway, the data that was on the host is now lost.

BUT - We are now back up and running on a new host, there has been significant data loss at the moment. I have recovered the most recent posts, and rebuilt the last couple of weeks of the database manually, so it's likely to be wrong here and there. For anyone that's interested, rebuilding an SQL database with only part of the information available is like shedding a quilt, burning part of it, then trying to sew it back together. Hopefully I will find the last backup tomorrow and fill in some more of the gap.

We are now on a new host, most of the we addresses have been updated. cubchat.co.uk should be across soon.
