devide the kms by eight then times your answer by 5 eg 1000kms devided by 8=125 then 125 times 5=625 so 1000kms is 625 miles. to reverse, times miles by 8 then devide by 5.
so to answer bill 1000kms is 625 miles and 500kms is 312.5 miles
