Thank you for the feedback just I'm new on here & don't want to hijack James'es thread.
The mural was done by my friend Dave Nicholls, he is one of our custom painters at work it' a picture of my hero Rollie Free on his Indian racer called Chickadee, this was from a picture at Daytona Beach Race in 1938 which he won by the way.
The most famous picture of Rollie Free, is of him in 1948 on the Edgar Vincent at Bonneville laying flat out on the bike in just swimming trunks plimsolls & swimming cap he run 150.313mph to take the record!! Google Rollie Free I'm sure the picture will come up.
When I was a kid about 9 years old, I went to the local libary saw a book about cars & stuff.
In it i saw the picture of Rollie & was absolutely awestruck by it, that picture got me into bikes & speed, Rollie has cost me absolutely thousands of pounds & I wouldn't change any of it, next visit is probably 2016 going for my 200mph licence.
I will try to find how to put the pics up, but puters ain't my thing so bear with me ok
