Lift the bike high into the air ideally hanging from a joist, wheels well off the deck. Carefully (avoiding the chassis) use a 4.5" grinder with a ultra thin slitting disk intended for stainless, cut upwards and rotating the stand/brake pedal a few degrees to help (which in this case was one corroded together unit). Cut through the pivot shaft either side of the swingarm.
CAVEAT. don't worry about nicking the centre stand. If you knacker it, it's easy to buy another. Not so easy to fix the chassis with a big slot in it.
Got a few nicks in the centrestand, but nothing to worry about. then comes the interesting bit. Using a flap wheel or a file on the pivot shaft where it's stuck in the remains of the centrestand, gently so as not to burr it, grind it flush to the stand.
Then brace it in a vice, drop a long high tensile M10 cap head down through the shaft. Get the centrestand tube smoking hot and whack 10 bells out of the cap head with the biggest hammer and drift you have. It WILL come out. The cap head will fit nicely down the tube with the remnants of the shaft.
Same goes for the remains stuck in the rear brake lever.
Mine had been parked up for 5 years, because the shaft had seized. It was well stuck when I got it. New Honda pivot shafts are £12 delivered. No other expense other than a job lot of grease for reassembly.
