I agree with Capitano, auto's are brilliant fun on the twisties.
If it's cornering is suspect check the rear bushes are not shot, try pushing the rear of the motor with your foot whilst holding the bars and see how much it moves. I used to have a 180 Runner that was lightening quick on the straight but terrifying in the corners, whereas my Honda Foresight is rock stable.
