Hi All,

I had the same conversation with Ady about fitting my pit bike with a trailer, as it was only 124cc. In the end I stuck a 140 engine in to keep above the law and give adequate trailer pulling power.

The law books are very clear... Unless you are towing another motorcycle, then (from recollection) it could be open to interpretation.
