Try connecting your horn to the earth battery terminal with a bit of wire to see if it works if not then connect the positive terminal to the other terminal on the horn.
If you have to go to stage two its your switch or the wiring to it.
Then does all your electrics work the indicators brake light if they dont its the fuse in the battery panel.
