The cover seemed to work for me...bit of a faff to tie on but once fitted,seems to be better
The 2nd seat idea sounds a good idea
The ride was great...apart from getting split up near skipton 
The cover's not going anywhere so if you just want to look,I can arrange a meet at say Squires or something like that
