Inappropriate or SPAM?

Hi all,
I rode to Germany from NW England for a bet / charity on my C50. It obviously got me there fine however, I have now found a vacuum pipe hanging down from the carb and can't find where I goes. He bike now struggles to keep running and
I'm pretty sure it's a fuel starve problem.
Can anyone send me an image of a set up carb please?
This problem has come out of the Blue and tis a tad embarrassing when you think I prepped this all for the long journey now I'm being stumped by a little problem.
