DON'T go ripping the head off.....

If it is , "They are all like that sir !"
When the head is skimmed that part would be skimmed away, , on the later models ( this ones a 52 reg ) Honda actually redesigned the head with that part re-moulded so as not to foul...
It is a common thing that people think has happened !!!
