On t,other board, Newt has laid down certain criteria regarding the mechanical condition of bikes ridden on his organised ride-outs and having valid m o t and insurance. That sounds fair to me. however, he also states that riders must have " valid insurance that is not compromised by mods not declared" Such riders will not be welcome. Well, thats me out for a start. Will such criteria regarding "mods" creep over to this board?
