Erm not strictly true.

In the same way as running an oil injected 2 stroke on premix without upping the jet size, you get less fuel to air and the motor runs hot.

If your motor is pinking a lot it could also melt a hole through the piston.

I'm not saying don't use it, just be aware of the risks and accept them.
