Hi, we have just issued a refund for that basket. I would like to offer my apologies for the long wait. I gather from my colleague that the basket could be obtained but there was difficulty in obtaining the bracket, which is unique for this bike. He had tried on several occasions to order said part but to no success and assumed that you would like to wait it out as it is quite rare.

So again apologies for this misunderstanding.
