hi, is a spongy kickstart always a sign of pending clutch failure?
this cub i have does have a spongy kickstart when cold.ok when warm. cant get it to slip whilst moving even if i change up a tad earlier than i should on a hill and operate the cluth via pedal , it bites straight away on release. it does have car semi synth oil and slightly over filled due to oil cooler. anyone else had/got this? thanks. :) ps, some engines i,ve had kickover ok but then slip whilst riding? ( chinese motors) bloody mopeds , who,d have them XD
