Hi Nige,
No dice on the standard exhaust.
The Chaly exhaust is 19mm internal and when I fired up the engine it got extremely hot, the whole system but especially the downpipe.
It also started to smoke heavily after a few seconds.
I put my fart cannon on (28mm downpipe) and it was fine, just too loud.
Here's a quick pic of fart cannon vs standard, I now need to find a way to make this silencer quieter.
