I am sure you will all be pleased to hear that The Fuzzmeister has agreed to step up to the role of message board administrator (admin). Despite being reluctant to take up the role initially and I can fully understand his reasoning for this. He Joins Ric and myself, we each have full and equal admin rights although Ric can access teckie stuff in the control panel that the likes of me & Fuzz (no disrespect) may do more harm than good - lol.

In being Admins, no one of us will be trying to play God here, we know only too well the result of such activity. Its more about removing Spam messages, abusive posts or inappropriate content should it occur, also the ability to ban I.P addresses if persistently upsetting the smooth running of the board . Ric has completely removed the ability to edit posts by any of us, so remember what you type is what you and all will see, we think the ability to edit other folks posts for whatever reason has the potential to cause further aggravation.

So your admin team will consist of Fuzz, Ric and Ady (me). With three of us supporting each other and policing each others actions where necessary this should make for a happy wee family.

Thankyou to everyone for your messages of appreciation that you have posted today, I have read every single one and I really do appreciate your support, and will continue to do so, it means a lot. I look forward to seeing you all on a ride out / meet soon.

Bear with us while we iron out the gremlins and enjoy the new…old style message board.
