honda cf70 carb

hello could anybody give me advice about my honda cf70 carb.its the first one i have seen that does not have a butterfly valve throttle.it has a normal slide and spring on top of the carb.where the fuel pipie fits the carb there is two more fuel stubs on the other side of the carb and i dont know what they connect to.many thanks for any advice.
