Sorry Ian for some reason only your first message popped up and not the replies?? If time is a limitation try Ebay. Levers about 8" long seem to be about right.

If you buy a set just check the finish on the levers and emery tape/wet and dry/belt sand any sharp edges to give a smoother profile.
