Probably 1964-ish. Tease the wiring loom out where its covered by the frame where the battery is. Look for a white label on the loom, they usually have a date on. That may only date the loom not the bike, but it's a good clue.
The only absolute way, is apply to one of the approved dating certificate issuers on DVLA's 765/1 list.
