No mention of helmet stickers, French nationals on the ADV forum say this only applies to citizens not tourists.

The bad news is that the breathalyser law includes motorcycles although it does not come into force 'till July this year. Enforcement doesn't start 'till later in the year but it's an 11 euro fine for not producing.

Reflective clothing comes in in Jan 2013.

Interestingly there is a minimum speed limit on the motorway of 80km/h (49mph), so better be prepared to wring the neck out of yer 90. It would also account for stories about 90's being turned away from the motorway by the police.
