Scruff’s top box is quite well equipped. I try to ensure I have the bits and bobs I need to undertake a journey of any length at zero notice. So Scruff carries a, a can of fuel, Warning Triangle, Electric Pump, spare inner tube, puncture repair kit, tools to fix a puncture, tools and split links etc to fix a broken chain, bulbs, a bungy cord in case things won't fit in the top box, general tools necessary to fix the bike in the event of a breakdown and hand cleansers.
