With modern cars the wheel alignment is critical. It can affect Distance control cameras, ADAS functions, stability control, lane departure a whole host of safety related issues. I know your car may not have these systems on, but if it aint aligned it isn't going to steer straight, handle correctly and will cause at the very least uneven tyre wear. Personally I would not be taking it back there. They don't know what they are doing. A proper wheel alignment check and adjust will cost about Â£100.00 or so. Book it in at a BSI 'PAS125 Approved Bodyshop' they will know what they are doing.
