Hello all.
Tha carb is a Yoshimura YD-MJN24. I have retained the bellmouth (trumpet) inlet supplied with the carb which now breathes from a plenum chamber made up from the top halves of two C90ZZ plenum chambers. Once the flange of the trumpet was passed through the chamber the gap around it was sealed using closed cell foam rubber superglued into position. The original C70 ZZ air filter housing has been replaced with one from a C90ZZ which has a larger inlet, but I have also removed the internal baffle from the air filter box. The result is still quite and allows Scruff to remain looking Standard..ish. Tim Commers 178cc land speed record C90ZZ also breathes through the frame....so it's not a problem.
