Inappropriate or SPAM?

Close to where I live is Blackpool Honda, which is owned by the Cox motor group who also own Lancaster Honda and Kendal Honda and others. These dealers have always been Honda only. But now they are selling new Seat and VW cars. I always thought that Honda insisted that Honda dealers only sold new Honda vehicals. I wonder what has changed? Could they soon be selling other makes of bikes and scooters?
