Thanks Boo & Fuzz for your advice. I think that I have solved it & here's the result including some embellishments:-
Preston Chicken Chasers Irish trip originally posted June 2011

This was out itinery:-
Day 1 – Preston to Birkenhead to catch the overnight ferry to Belfast.
Day 2 – Belfast to Ballyconnell (Cavan) 90 miles
Day 3 – Ballyconnell to Killybegs (Donegal) 82 miles
Day 4 – Killybegs to Creeslough to Letterkenny 100 miles
Day 5 – Londonderry to Portrush to Cushendall 70 miles (see Giant’s Causeway & Carrick-a-Red Ropebridge)
Day 6 – Antrim and Belfast City to catch the overnight ferry to Belfast.

Although the weather was a little unkind but we had a great time, the people were fantastic (on both sides of the border) the scenery was really good, the pubs & B&B’s exceeds our expectations. We visited many places including Slieve League Ballyshannnon Ballycastle. The ride around Donegal was really picturesque & the scenery along the coast of Northern Ireland was Knock Out.

We did over 500 miles & the bikes didn’t miss a beat here are some photos.
