Hi Pete.
This is how I did it !!!

Dates
Try to get the weekend dates the same as the Sunday Transport show.
This has already been done for you!

Campsite
I NEVER pre booked the campsite !
If people turn up early enough on the Friday & just take over our usual spot !
I know some ( Russ ) used to arrive on the Thursday.

Saturday Run
Contrary to popular belief I DIDNT use the FORCE !!!!
Every year I used a route written by myself or Prof.
I just advised everyone to be safe on the run

That's it really.
I'm sure there will be casualties from the night before who wont make the run, but that always occurs.
