If the end of the crankshaft is really wrecked and can't be repaired, the best bet might be to look for a second-hand engine. It sounds as though the central bolt has been under-tightened at some time. Even if you can repair the crankshaft it looks as though there may be a further problem with the ignition and you could be in for a lot of expenditure. Engines do come up on ebay etc. from time to time and you could keep the old one for spares.
