Defo Evo, I doubt he's been without those boots since about '76.

Salty that style of cap I believe is known as a Breton, albeit looks a tad dodgy these days but in the gay 60's and 70's was known to adorn the heads of stylish pop stars such as the Beetles and even Jackie Stewart.
