Don't get too hung up on wheel size James, my 250 Foresight has 12" wheels and it handles better than the 125 PCX that has 14" wheels.

Punctures are much less frequent on tubeless tyres and roadside fixes are much easier too. No need to remove the tyre/wheel/luggage.

Auto's are better for London traffic filtering, longer scooter wheelbases also mean you can jam the anchors on without the risk of binning it into the side of a bus.
