Re-work the gear dogs with a Dremel profiling a slight undercut so they pull themselves into mesh rather than push apart putting pressure on the selector forks (curing the original fault).

Have a close look at the new gearset, I'm betting the dogs are left rough cast and round profiled.

Used to happen on TZ350's in the 70's. 750's too but I never got to work on one of those beasts.
