had a my left knee replaced and I am doing ok in that department even though I can hear it creaking I think WD40 is needed and the only injury left is my right arm which I can only move my fingers and thumb which is due to the nerve damage and I go for two operations on the 27th nov so they can move some nerves from my trapezium to my shoulder and move some around my wrist anyway hopefully the ops will allow me some movement in the arm but I don't think I will ride a bike again even though my innova is still in the shed just in case
