I think it's pretty similar for 4 strokes, just leave enough for a bit of rod stretch at high revs and bit extra for carbon build up on a road engine. The YX 140 is really different, unless the piston is supposed to protrude beyond the top of the head gasket and into the head. The cam chain is a perfect tension without the tensioner having to do anything (it is brand new though, as are the sprockets), so perhaps the barrel could do with shortening a bit. I need someone with a YX140 to come forward.
