Yes OORacing does do well on customer service, and great delivery times.

I do many 2 stroke motors and the squish band width and angle is very important to getting a clean burn and eaking out every bit of power. I have not read up enough on 4 stroke tuning, so i don't know if you get the same benefits.
I can't remember off hand what the squish band width to bore ratio is on a 2 stroke.
The angle of the band should match the piston top.
Squish clearench should be around 1.2mm for a decent road motor, and if you're brave then down to 0.6mm for a race motor.(approx). Measure with soft solder wire.
All the above is pointless if its not applicable to 4 strokes :s XD
